Each day you will focus on your mindset, a bite-sized educational module, and a task to complete. This self-guided course serves as your framework to make wellness your priority, and in a way that integrates seamlessly into your day. There are no strict diets or hard workouts, because adding more stress into your life does not fit into a sustainable lifestyle change model. There are no fads, no products to buy, or media hype. Instead, you will get an organized, structured approach to changing your habits in a way that works for you. You will have a basic understanding the nutrition and movement your body needs. You will have strategies to overcome difficult situations, and an action plan to keep you on track day by day after the course is done. Education is power; learning to eat mindfully and move effectively makes all the difference. NOTE: I am strongly recommending that you bring a journal and pencil along on this journey, so you can see your own hand writing, your goals, your ideas, your solutions. This tool is a hand-crafted reference and motivator. This is for you, by you.
